What's it like at CTI Group?
You spend a lot of time at work so it's important to like where you work and the people there. The culture
of a company is its personality, which is hard to describe in words. Our people tell us that if we were a
city, we'd be Chicago: contemporary and fast-paced, but down to earth. We work in a friendly and casual
atmosphere, yet with an urgency that allows us to turn on a dime to meet customer needs. We have the
stability that comes from being around since 1983, yet we're also a company with people dedicated to
researching emerging technology.

What’s in it for me?
Our team members have joined for many different reasons:
- The ability to make an impact
- The ability to stretch technology
- The sense of ownership that comes from collaborating on a team
- A family friendly atmosphere
Rewards
We expect a lot from our people, but we give back, too. We feel strongly that companies benefit when they pay
people fairly and treat them well. We continually evaluate the benefits in our employment market and adjust
to keep up with the times. When you evaluate an employment offer, look closely at the total rewards; they'll
tell you a lot about the company's values.
In addition to competitive pay, there are other benefits at CTI including:
- Life insurance to protect you and your family
- Disability coverage; for those unexpected injuries and illnesses
- Major medical coverage – with an emphasis on preventative care
- Dental Coverage
- Vision Coverage
- 401(k) - A strong plan with a competitive match and short vesting schedule (U.S.)
- Flex spending accounts so that you can save on your taxes (U.S.)
- A corporate commitment to ongoing education and training

Who are we looking for?
Expectations
To really, really enjoy an entrepreneurial company, you need to thrive on change. You need plenty
of initiative; training is one-on-one and "on the run." If you are inquisitive, if you have a strong work
ethic, if you like to "do" rather than to "be told what to do," then this is just the place for you.
Ask yourself...
Do I thrive in change or do I prefer knowing how each day will play out? CTI Group people deal with change
frequently, as part of an entrepreneurial, growing company.
Do I like having lots of structure and training programs to get me off the ground, or do I prefer
one-on-one time and asking lots of questions to get my answers? Most employees will tell you that
there is a fairly short ramp up time. You listen, take notes and ask lots of questions to get up to
speed. If you’re inquisitive, this place is made for you.
Am I ready to make the mental commitment it takes to change jobs and change the way I do things? We
don’t waste a lot of time with "we’ve always done it that way." We look at problems as opportunities
to reinvent, to innovate, and to learn.
CTI Group is not for everyone, but for those who choose to dive in, it’s a remarkable company of
opportunities.
