Telemanagement integrates with enterprise systems such as Avaya or Nortel telephone systems, Cisco Routers, and BT or IPC Trading turrets to gather, monitor and report on activity and costs. - Telecoms manufacturers and resellers where licensed software is provided with the installation
- VoIP network suppliers, where a customized hosted service is provided for the channels
