How Does emPulse Work?
Call detail records (CDRs) are pushed real-time from a buffer located at the enterprise’s site and sent to CTI Group’s
servers. These CDRs are then available to customers via an application that is accessed through a web browser and
viewed using standard reports. For even greater efficiency, these reports can be scheduled to be delivered directly to
